THESE 4 PARCELS ARE LOCATED IN THE AVONDALE COMMUNITY JUST SOUTHWEST OF MOORESBORO, NC. THE TWO PARCELS AT 341 AND 344 N MAIN ST HAVE HOUSES ON THEM THAT ARE IN NEED OF MAJOR REHABILITATION. THESE HISTORICAL HOUSES ARE OVER 100 YEARS OLD AND HAVE UNIQUE FEATURES TO THEM THAT YOU DON'T FIND IN MODERN CONSTRUCTION.
